S H I P P I N G 

We use 100% biodegradable packaging.

We Post via Australia Post for all orders within Australia and overseas.

Within Australia -  flat rate of $10.00. You will receive your package within 5-7 business days. 

International - flat rate of $30.00. You will receive your package within 10-15 business days.

 

R E F U N D S  &  R E T U R N S

 

Australian Consumer Laws:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. 

 

However, if you have a unique case – please feel free to contact us and we can discuss further. We will do our best to satisfy your needs according to reasonability.

  1. We cannot accept your return if: 

- The garment is faulty after purchase.

- If we consider that the garment has been worn.

- If the garment has been washed.

- If we consider that as a whole, the garment appears to not be in a new or re-sellable condition.

 

           2. Returns and exchanges will only be possible if requested within 5 days of purchase, including faulty items. If you purchased your item online, this means 5 days from the day you received your order.

 

You may exchange item for another product, or a store credit.

 

In this case – the customer will be responsible for any postage/shipping costs involved in sending unwanted item back to us.

 

Returns and exchanges on sale items are not possible.

 

F A U L T Y  S T O C K 

We take much time and care in making sure every piece we send to you, is checked (again) for quality.

 

However, If you DO receive a faulty product, please email us with images and a description of the fault so we can take efficient and appropriate analysis and/or action on the return or repair. 

 

Aru Store will not include the cost of the postage in your refund when posting faulty items back to us. You will be responsible for the tracking of returns to us, and once we receive your return we can perform the refund.

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to land in your nominated account.

H O W 

  1. Email us via the 'contact' page within 5 days of making your purchase OR (if online order) 5 days from receiving your package. 

  2. Please include your name, return reason, name of product/s being returned - If returning faulty item – You must include an image and description of fault and name of the garment. 

  3. Once analysed by our team, we will respond and inform you of the appropriate action.

  4.  

    You must email us a copy of your tracking number, once posted.

  5. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 business days.
